the vitality project
the vitality project is a trauma-informed recovery and integration program designed to support individuals transitioning from survival into embodied, self-led living. through somatic practices, community connection, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing modalities, we create a space for sustainable transformation beyond detox and traditional recovery models. our approach combines grounded support, radical self-inquiry, and authentic expression to help participants reconnect with their vitality, truth, and sense of purpose. this is not a quick fix or one-size-fits-all solution, it is a long-term commitment to healing, integration, and personal evolution within a supportive community container.

rise the fuck up is a space where raw truth, conscious connection, and embodied polarity collide. we explore what it means to fully inhabit the masculine and feminine through sensuality, self-awareness, humor, intimacy, and unapologetic authenticity. through provocative conversations, somatic wisdom, and real-life relationship dynamics, we invite you to shed performance, awaken your body, and meet yourself more honestly than ever before. this isn’t about perfection or attraction tactics, it’s about becoming deeply available for truth, pleasure, and transformation. for the man ready to rise, and the woman ready to be fully met.

performative art exhibition
ceremonial performance art experience exploring the transformation of pain into power through movement, rhythm, music, and collective witnessing. rooted in ash lew’s personal healing journey, the exhibition invites audiences into an immersive ritual where grief, rage, joy, and reclamation are expressed through live drumming, somatic choreography, and sacred storytelling. at the heart of the experience is an interactive drum circle, where guests become active participants in the ceremony, contributing rhythm and energy as dancers embody the emotional landscapes of womanhood, healing, and rebirth. inspired by “the music that shaped us as women, every version of who we’ve ever been,” the performance weaves together nostalgia, memory, and empowerment into a deeply communal experience. planned for an outdoor venue in june, alchemy is both an artistic offering and a living act of healing, with proceeds supporting scholarship access for holistika’s community healing programs.
